Margaret and I spent the day at Walsh Bay in the Sydney Dance Co. rooms with sessions lasting an hour and having half hour breaks. It was longer than a working day. We had a wonderful day hearing authors talk about their books; the writing of them; short readings from some; tales of how ideas came.On Friday Pat and I went to the ABC television studios for the filming of the next - 1st Tuesday Book Club. Two authors, 2 panelists lead by Jennifer Byrne discussed a number of books. It was interesting how the tv session was made and maybe a flash of us might be on, so watch out.
