We drove into the city on Sunday and parked in Market Street, walking down to the Quay. The view takes my breath away each time I see the bridge on one side and the Opera House on the other. At the Dendy we saw No Country for Old Men and Atonement. Different types of film but both were very good.
We watched both lots of fireworks, at 9 and at midnight, and then couldn't sleep. Today we went off to Newtown as we wanted to catch one more movie - 2 Days in Paris - but you wouldn't believe it, the cinema was sold out. Window shopped as most shops were open.
