Last day off before returning to work
We left this morning in the rain but it became a beautiful day down in Bombo, Berry and Nowra. We always stop at Bombo for a cup of tea and watch the surf and surfers, none of them today as it was too rough. The markets are always fun and bought pears that came from a close farm, a leather belt for John, fruit cake and a money purse and of course the smell of sausages and onions drew us. The shop that sells the painted tiles was closed in Nowra so we returned home, stopping off at the Silos Estate winery for a couple of nice wines.

Last 5 days
On Wednesday I went to the Dendy at Circular Quay and saw two movies - Two Days in Paris and Bella. Enjoyed both and was going for a third (at $6.50 - senior) but thought I would be home too late. Thursday I met the ladies up at Hurstville for lunch and then another movie - The Bucket List - we all enjoyed it. After the boring job of cleaning house on Friday morning, I went to the Sandler shoe shop and bought two pairs and then on to GardensRus in Moorefields Road to meet Diane for coffee and a lovely sweet. Today I treated myself to a manicure and pedicure while John was shopping and after lunch, I took the newspapers, book and cold drink and sat in the sun. Lovely afternoon. Tomorrow the Berry markets are on and depending on the weather, we will go to browse, and again, lunch.

Holidays
Garden variety
These are one of each type of tomato I grew this season. Yellow, black and four varieties of red but again I battled with the fly and so there would be one in three tomato that would be OK. Next year I am going to cover all the plants with a fine net and this should stop the fly, birds, rats and mice.
